Shipping & Returns

Products are produced within 2 - 4 days after the order is placed. Following this production period, shipping of the product to the European Union can take up to 3 - 10 working days. For the rest of the world, shipping can take up to between 5 - 14 working days. Note, these transit times are estimates and may vary.

Delivery of the order is always tracked. Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees/import duties, depending on the country of destination. These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

The customer is responsible for paying these fees/duties upon import. PolissyUK assumes no responsibility for packages held in customs for charges not settled by the customer.

If for any reason you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us. From the date of notification, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Following notification, you will receive an email with a returns form attached. The form should be printed, filled out, and returned with your purchase. If you do not notify us within 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to honour any refunds beyond this point. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand and/or excluding the returns form will not be accepted for return.

You are obliged to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you received them, except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them.

Items must be returned in unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged condition with all original tags attached. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We do not accept liability for items that get lost, damaged or stolen in transit back to us.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
